Covering Bases

by - 6:00 AM

I've always been a dreamer, a go-getter, and a do-er. When I want something, I go and get it. I don't always have an action plan and I realize now that it's very important to have your bases covered.

To cover all of your bases you must have a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-based goal. Also known as having a SMART goal. I will give you all an example for inspiration. I have a dream of having a huge following on my YouTube channel. In order to make this an actionable goal, I need to make sure to include the 5 requirements of a SMART goal. My revised goal is to have 15,000 subscribers on YouTube before 2017 is over. You can make any dream of yours a realistic one if you just word it properly. That's the first step to covering your bases.

I spend a lot of time at cute coffee shops in Singapore editing videos, blog posts, emailing, and replying to fans. I like to wear something comfortable, casual, and chic. This hat is perfect for the days that I am too busy to do my hair and the scarf can work as a blanket hack for when coffee shops are just a tad too cold. Also comfy shoes is a plus for a long day of working!
